What to expect at Bright?
Fully equipped kitchen
A designer space with all the appliances you need. Perfect for catering or demanding food styling. We won’t let you take it home, but here it’s all yours.
Powerful electrical system
Our wiring is designed for heavy-duty film equipment. We provide a reliable and stable power supply for even the most demanding professional productions.
Ceiling track system
Mounting points with a 100 kg capacity for lights or set design. You can hang almost anything; the rest is up to your imagination and production needs.
Comfortable facilities
A shower, toilets, and a client zone right on set are standard. For actors and MUAs, we offer a spacious, separate backstage for maximum comfort and focus.
Basic gear included
Tripods, C-stands, sandbags, and clean paper backdrops—white, black, and grey. Everything you need for a solid production is included in the studio rental.
Equipment rental
Need extra gear? We can provide cameras, lights, or specific equipment tailored to your needs. Just let us know, and we’ll have it ready right on your set.
Freight elevator
We know how much gear every production requires. Our large freight elevator will comfortably take you and all your equipment right to the studio doors.
Hassle-free parking
A rarity in Letná, a standard at Bright. We have dedicated parking spots right by the building; just let us know in advance and we will make a reservation.
Furniture & props
A bed, a sofa, or small stylish accessories. For a small fee, we can rent you our props so you don’t have to worry about moving and can build your dream set.

questions
Do you offer separate facilities for clients or stylists outside the main studio?
Yes. A separate backstage area is available for a small additional fee. It features comfortable seating, styling racks, and a fully equipped makeup station with a large mirror.
Is the kitchen fully functional?
Absolutely. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, and gas stove. As a bonus for your production, the kitchen island is mobile, allowing you to easily reposition it to suit your needs.
Can the studio be fully blacked out?
The windows are fitted with blinds and curtains that significantly dim the light. However, it is not a 100% blackout—please expect some soft ambient light.
How does equipment load-in work?
Hassle-free. A freight elevator (dimensions: [245x140x230]) leads directly to the studio on the third floor. There’s no need to carry heavy gear up the stairs.
Is there parking available?
One parking spot for a passenger car or a small van (e.g., Multivan) is guaranteed and included in the rental price. Additional spots are available for a fee.
What backdrops do you have available?
White, black, and gray backdrops are included in the rental price. We also offer a wide palette of other colors from our stock for an additional fee.
Can I use the kitchenware and equipment?
Of course. The kitchen is fully equipped, and all tableware is at your disposal. However, if you’re planning a demanding food styling session and need to "dress" the kitchen in a specific style, we recommend bringing your own props.
What is the window orientation and natural lighting like?
The windows face southeast, ensuring the studio is beautifully filled with natural light throughout the day.
