Digital Idea Maker

At Bubble, we’re looking for a sharp creative who knows how to write, but above all, brings great ideas that actually work in the digital space. Can you step into a brand's shoes, decode a brief, and build a strong creative concept around it?

We’ll entrust you with the content and creative side of our projects, giving you the space to cook up big campaigns or fresh content strategies. You’ll present your ideas directly to the client, and once things get moving, we'll see each other on production sets to watch your concepts come to life.

Experience

You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a creative or digital agency.

Strategic mindset

You can connect the dots, think about the core message, and align with a brand’s long-term communication strategy. Whatever you come up with, you can articulate and write down perfectly.

Copywriting

Your Czech copywriting skills are flawless. You can easily adopt any client's tone of voice and whip up a punchy claim or engaging Instagram copy.

Social media knowledge

You’re completely at home on social media—you understand digital formats inside out and know exactly what tone to use to grab a specific target audience.

Presentation skills

You can negotiate effectively and stand up for the team's work both internally and in front of the client. And you're completely comfortable doing so in English.

Personality

You keep your word, respect deadlines, and take full ownership of making sure the initial idea looks amazing in its final execution.
