Account Manager
At Bubble, we need someone who can get clients excited about our projects! If you have at least two years of experience at an agency or client-side, know how to negotiate, and are a great problem solver, then you are definitely our person.
You will work with both large and small clients, ensuring everything runs smoothly—managing budgets and timelines, assigning tasks in Basecamp, and presenting our ideas to clients alongside the team. We want you to be a true partner to both us and the client—someone who brings fresh ideas to the table, holds an opinion, and isn't afraid to express and defend it.
You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role at an ad agency or in the marketing department of a larger company with a focus on online media.
You understand that advertising isn't about likes, but results. You can manage budgets, set KPIs, and prepare post-campaign reports.
You are fluent in social media, understand content creation, and are well-versed in metrics like CPC, CPA, CPM, and CTR.
You can empathize with the client's needs, communicate openly and empathetically, and switch to English whenever necessary.
You rely on common sense, know how to prevent issues before they arise, and handle problems effectively when they do.
You can work independently based on a client brief, keep an eye on deadlines, and ensure output quality. Plus, you take a proactive approach both toward clients and within the agency.
