Social Media
Collaboration Rules
When carrying out any order entered into under this framework agreement, the Author is required to comply with the following principles:
Content of Posts
The content of posts must fully comply with the Client’s brief. Posts must not contain pornographic, violent, offensive, racist or otherwise objectionable content. Posts must also not infringe copyright or otherwise interfere with the rights and legitimate interests of the Client, its clients or third parties, be contrary to good morals, violate the terms of use of the social network for which they are intended, or violate the laws of the Czech Republic.
Approval of Posts Prior to Publication
All deliverables must be submitted to the Client for approval in their final form so that the final visual can be approved by the Client. The post must also be submitted for approval sufficiently in advance, at least 4 business days beforehand, in order to allow time for any deficiencies in the deliverables to be remedied.
Profile Authenticity
The authenticity of the profile must always be maintained, both from the Client’s side and from the Author’s side. Posts must appear natural, and the overall impression of the posts must be such that they visually fit into the overall appearance of the Author’s / Influencer’s feed.
Labelling Posts Using the “Paid Partnership with” Feature and the Client’s Name, and the Rules for Promoting Posts
Each static post must be labelled using Instagram’s official “Paid partnership with” feature (with the Client, including tagging the Client’s official profile as specified in the brief and the order). At the same time, the Author allows the partner to promote the post so that, where the Client provides media support, the post may receive paid promotion.
Use of Specified Hashtags and Tags
The Author undertakes to include all hashtags and tags specified for the campaign in the Author’s brief. In addition to campaign hashtags, this always includes #placenaspoluprace and tagging the partner. Detailed information is set out in the brief for the Author / Influencer.
Further rules and restrictions arise from the concluded order and the Client’s brief.
