Digital Media Specialist
Do you understand digital advertising and know how to set up effective campaigns? We are looking for someone to join our media team who can analyze data, understand the connection between numbers and creative assets, and propose effective solutions when needed.
At Bubble, you will deploy campaigns and media support on Meta, YouTube, and TikTok, while actively seeking daily opportunities to optimize and improve communication. You will also handle regular reviews with the internal team and, most importantly, with clients. And of course, you will be part of the creative process. We want someone who not only thoroughly understands metrics, but primarily grasps how valuable online attention is and can think about it in a broader context.
You have at least 2–3 years of experience executing and designing campaign strategies, primarily on Meta platforms, YouTube, and TikTok.
Attention is your main task, so you know what hook rate, completion rate, and CTR are, and you know how to influence them.
You can tackle problems, reach the right conclusions, and enjoy working with data to identify trends to leverage. And you're not afraid of AI either.
You love social media, know exactly what's trending where, and know how to utilize it. You also know what attentive reach is and understand the impact a massive TV campaign has on market share.
You can empathize with client needs, speak candidly and empathetically, and seamlessly switch to English when necessary.
You can work independently based on a client brief, monitor deadlines, and ensure the accuracy of deliverables. Furthermore, you are proactive towards both clients and the agency.
