Digital Media Strategist
Do you have at least three years of experience creating digital strategies, handling media planning and execution, understanding both content and performance, and standing your ground in front of clients?
At Bubble, we need someone who can give our projects a clear strategic direction and then bring those campaigns to life. You’ll be designing funnels, defining KPIs, and building media plans—and you’ll be equally responsible for technical setup, delivery, and ongoing optimization. This focuses primarily on paid channels, though for us, it's always about finding the best path to genuine attention.

You have at least 3 years of experience in digital strategy and media planning. You understand the core sales funnel approach, know how to build a media mix, allocate budgets, and defend the strategic reasoning behind your plans.
It doesn't end with strategy—you can take a media plan and physically launch campaigns in ad managers. You know your way around major platforms—especially Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and YouTube—handling technical setups, daily budget pacing, and continuous optimization.
You understand Google Analytics and other analytical tools (e.g., Emplifi). You can work with data, read between the lines, and translate raw metrics into actionable insights, reports, and recommendations. Concepts like KPI, ROI, CPC, CPA, and impressions are second nature to you.
You can pitch strategic concepts, lead professional discussions with clients and teammates, and foster win-win relationships. When needed, you can present everything effortlessly in English.
You work autonomously without needing micromanagement. You keep an eye on deliverable accuracy, campaign timing, and invoicing materials. Precision, reliability, and a proactive attitude—both toward clients and within the agency—are in your DNA.
You enjoy continuous learning and professional growth. You’ll actively participate in internal initiatives like the Bubble Academy or news-sharing sessions over team breakfasts, passing your learnings on to others.
