Influencer Specialist

At Bubble, we’re looking for a new colleague who has a great overview of the Czech and Slovak influencer scene and wants to work on both large and small campaigns. If you also have experience from an agency or the client side, excellent communication skills, and enjoy managing projects, we’ll get along great.

Your job will be all about bridging worlds. You’ll design influencer activations and collaborations, select the right faces for them, and communicate with influencers and clients. We don't want you to be just a middleman, but a true partner who can give projects a clear direction. And heads up—depending on your experience, you could easily start straight as a senior.

Experience

You know the people on the scene, follow trends, and ideally already have some personal connections while constantly keeping your overview up to date.

Business & Metrics

You understand that influencer marketing isn't just about likes, but mainly about results. You can manage budgets, set KPIs, and prepare a comprehensive report after the campaign.

Creativity

A brief is never just plain product placement to you. You can think up an original concept and come up with a collaboration that organically fits the brand's tone of voice.

Communication skills

You can empathize with the needs of both the client and the influencer. You speak openly, with empathy, and you can switch to English whenever needed.

Social knowledge

You live and breathe social media, understand content creation, digital formats, or the basics of media strategy.

Independence

You can work independently based on a client brief and keep track of deadlines, document accuracy, and the timely publication of approved content.
